Shokz Unveils OpenFit Pro with Open-Ear Noise Reduction at CES 2026

Shokz has announced the OpenFit Pro, the company's first open-ear earbuds featuring active noise reduction technology. Unveiled at CES 2026 on January 6, the OpenFit Pro costs $249.95—a $50 premium over the OpenFit 2+.

What's New

The headline feature is Open-Ear Noise Reduction, which Shokz says can reduce ambient noise by an average of 14dB (up to 19dB at certain frequencies). Unlike traditional ANC that requires sealing your ear canal, the OpenFit Pro uses a triple-microphone array and intelligent algorithms to dampen background noise while keeping your ears completely open.

The earbuds also introduce a new dual-diaphragm driver design that Shokz claims delivers 50% more bass than previous models. Sound quality gets a further boost from Dolby Atmos support with head tracking, creating a more immersive listening experience.
